When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is between 6-12 days. Our products are sent from 4 warehouses around the world. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and offer free shipping.
I did not receive my order?
In 99% of cases the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order in the delivery process is delayed.

I am missing some products of my order?
As we work with different warehouses and suppliers it can happen that your order is shipped from a different warehouse due to availability of our stock. No need to worry, in most cases products arive within 1 to 3 days from eachother.
What are the shipping costs?
There are none. All of our products come with FREE shipping.
I am not satisfied with my order, what are my options?
If your order doesn't meet your requirements or expectations. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. To be eligible for this guarantee you will have to contact us within the 30 day period upon receiving the goods. We will then send instructions to proceed with your return. Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
My goods are damaged or malfunctioning
The products have a standard 2 year warranty, unless stated otherwise. In the event of damaged or malfunctioning goods, contact us as soon as the problem arises or has been noticed and we will process your inquiry within 7 days. Possible solutions are repair, replacement or refund if we can't provide you with a solution.
